I have a range of classes available to suit all levels of fitness and abilities, including complete beginners.
All classes are now taking place online via a platform called Zoom. Don’t worry if you’re a complete technophobe, You will be given instructions to help you get set up and I will be here to support you. All you need is either a smartphone, tablet or computer with access to the internet.

You can now access individual classes for a one-off fee, or you can purchase a pack of 6 classes at a reduced rate. You can use this pass to access any class on the timetable (excludes courses and workshops).
With the Unlimited monthly membership, you can access as many classes as you wish from the live timetable (excludes courses and workshops). You will also get FREE acess to the online video library so that you can view a range of classes at a time that is suitable to you.
Class passes are ideal if you are new and would like to try out a few classes without committing to a monthly membership.
You can use your class passes to attend any class* on the timetable. You will also be able to access the online studio and class library at a discounted price.
