Frequently asked questions
Yes, if you live locally you can choose to collect your order rather than having it delivered. Please note that collections must be arranged in advance. You will be contacted once your order is ready for collection and a suitable time can be arranged.
Delivery charges are based upon the size and weight of each order. These are calculated on the cart page.
Free delivery is available on orders over £75.
Free collection is available for local customers – please see above.
All orders are processed and shipped 1st class within 1-2 business days.
Some items may be delivered separately due to stock being held in a separate warehouse.
All wax melts are made using natural soy wax.
Soy wax is suitable for vegan users and provides a much cleaner burn than paraffin wax, giving off 90% less soot. It is also easily cleaned up using hot soapy water.
I have a range of diffusers and luxury soy candles launching very soon. Please get in touch if you would like to be informed when these are available.
