I bring a holistic approach to my treatments and believe we need to consider the whole body in order to achieve true wellness. For me, movement plays a huge role in this and I love practising as well as teaching all forms of movement from yoga and Pilates to dance and fitness.
I have a real interest in Women’s Health and love working with ladies in the pre and post natal periods. I have recently qualified as a Holistic Core Restore (R) Coach and am very excited to introduce a whole new range of amazing services to the ladies of Barnsley..
