Originally developed as a way to help injured soldiers in the early 20th century, Pilates has become an incredibly popular fitness and rehabilitation method for people of all ages and fitness levels. With a strong focus on balance and posture, Pilates is very effective in creating a stronger core, long, lean muscles and an overall sense of wellbeing.
I have a range of Pilates classes that are available for everyone from complete beginners to those with more experience. My classes are extremely friendly and welcoming and you’re guaranteed to feel like a member of the family from your first visit.
If group classes aren’t really your thing, or you feel like you could use a little bit more individual support, you may feel more suited to private lessons.
These can be carried out on a one to one basis, or you can share the experience with a friend or family member. To find out more, just get in touch.
