Classes

I am very excited to announce that in-person classes are now back on the timetable. Further classes will be added soon.

I have a range of classes available to suit all levels of fitness and abilities, including complete beginners. For more information about each class style, just follow the relevant links below.

Some classes have the option for you to attend ‘online’. Please ensure that you are booking into the correct option on Teamup.

You can see all of the classes available on the timetable below.

Yes, just head over to the timetable page and select the class you would like to attend. If you haven’t been to one of my classes before, you will need to create a new account in Teamup. From there you can book and pay for your chosen class.

Yes of course! I’d recommend starting with the yoga for beginners class so that you can learn the basics and ensure that you are doing everything correctly and safely.

Me neither!

You don’t necessarily need a barre for the barre class. High back chairs, fireplaces. window sills and kitchen worktops all work perfectly. You could even just use the wall.

I don’t know the answer to that one I’m afraid. What I do know is that I will not be recommencing any in-person services/classes until I feel it is safe for all my clients and myself.

The online classes have been working really well and its surprised us all just how much we’ve enjoyed it.

I never would have imagined saying this, but yes, I will definitely be offering online classes on a permanent basis.

90% of my current member said that they would prefer to keep some classes online after lockdown.

It saves on travelling time and means that mums and dads don’t have to worry about childcare.

And let’s be honest, none of us really want to do our hair and make-up just to go to a class on a morning in we can do it in our PJs at home 🙂

Certainly! No previous ballet or dance knowledge is required for the barre class.

You will definitely learn some ballet moves and you’ll certainly leave feeling longer and more graceful but you don’t need to be a ballerina to join the class.

At the moment, we have no idea when that may be or what the new normal will look like for any of us.

I do know that I will continue to offer online classes and my online membership/video library will still be available along with any live ‘in-person’ classes. All members will have the option to switch their memberships or cancel at any time. No changes will be made without fulling informing everyone of the choices available.

All classes are being delivered via an online platform called Zoom. Its free to use and easy to register.

Don’t worry if you’ve never used it before, I will provide instructions if you need them and am happy to do a test meeting to ensure you feel comfortable before your first class.

Zoom can be access via the internet on any computer or an app on any smartphone or tablet. You will need a good connection to the internet.

It took me a while to get used to that one too!

The class sizes are purposely small and we have a wonderful community of supportive people who are all very much focused on watching me and not each other. But actually, you are welcome to switch off your video if you’d rather not be on screen.

The classes are also private and can only be accessed by paying members/clients who are participating in the class.

No, they’re not.

If you are looking for classes/services for women only, take a look at the AMAZING Holistic Core Restore® courses that I offer.

Men are welcome in all classes on the regular timetable.

Private Lessons

If group classes aren’t really your thing, or you feel like you could use a little bit more individual support, you may feel more suited to private lessons.
These can be carried out on a one to one basis, or you can share the experience with a friend or family member.
